In this fish soup recipe, we will use Threadfin Bream (Bisugo). This time it will have a lot of hot soup for the rainy season and is good for some who don't like meat very much. All I can say about this fish dish is that my family loves it. That's why every time I have a chance of seeing a Bisugo in the
fish stall in the market I usually buy a kilo or 2.
Ingredients:
1-kilo Bisugo (Threadfin Bream)
10 pieces string beans
4 pc tomatoes
2 pc onion (sliced)
1 thumb size ginger (sliced)
1 pc siling haba (green chili)
salt & pepper to taste
4-5 cups of water
Procedure:
First of all, we need to clean the fish, brush off its scale, drain water and set aside after cleaning.
