Paksiw na Bisugo (Threadfin bream)

 Paksiw na Bisugo

Here is another fish dish, we will use a Bisugo (Threadfin bream).
To prepare this dish we will need the following:
  


   Ingredients
  • 6 pieces fish , cleaned and scales removed (Bisugo / Threadfin bream)
  • 1 knob ginger, sliced
  • 5 cloves garlic,sliced
  • ½ cup vinegar
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 medium sized onion, sliced
  • 3 pieces green chili
  • 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
  1. Heat cooking pot then pour-in vinegar and water.
  2. Add salt and bring to a boil.
  3. Put in the Bisugo fish in the cooking pot, and add in the garlic, ginger, onion and the green chili. Cover and simmer in low to medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes.
  4. Add salt to taste
  5. Remove from heat and transfer to a serving plate.
  6. Serve hot with hot rice. 
  7. Share and enjoy!
