Another simple fish dish, a very easy to prepare and easy to cook. Just need to fry the chosen fish. On my side i used tilapia fish.
Ingredients:
- 2 pieces medium tilapia, Clean the fish and removed it's scales
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 cup cooking oil
- Rub salt all over the fish including and in the insides.
- Heat oil in a frying pan
- after 2-3 minutes add the tilapia. Cover the frying pan, fry both side in a low heat for about 5-10minuts. For best result of your fried tilapia, wit until you don't hear sound. That would be the sign that the liquid from the fish is gone and the fish is fried and crispy.
- Remove from the pan and transfer to a serving plate.
- Serve with hot rice, Share
