This day I'm going to share to you how we prepare another simple dish for your family, this simple recipe is also healthy and would work with your left over fired fish. Not having to throw those leftover fish. In this recipe I used a Tilapia fish, a fish my family loves and hard to come by at our market place. Not to many vendors sell this fish this days, for the lack of supply. BTW you could use any left over fried fish for this recipe if you don't have a fried tilapia leftover. To prepare this dish we will need this ingredients.

Ingredients:
  • 2 lbs Tilapia fish, cleaned and added some salt
  • 4 pcs tomatoes, diced/sliced
  • 4 pics onions, diced/sliced
  • 1 cups water
  • a pinch of ground black pepper
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 pcs raw eggs, beaten
  • Salt to taste
Procedure:
  1. Heat oil in a pan then fry the fish.
  2. Separate the fish from the pan. Set aside.
  3. In a pan heat the cooking oil then sauté the onions, tomatoes and garlic.
  4. After a few minutes add black pepper.
  5. Add water and bring to a boil.
  6. Add the Tilapia fried fish and simmer for 5 minutes.\
  7. Add the egg on the pan. And stir make sure that it is distributed evenly.
  8. When the beaten eggs are cooked, start stirring the mixture.
  9. Wait for about 2-3 more minutes and transfer to a serving plate.
  10. Serve hot. Share and enjoy!
