Mushroom Lumpia

Ingredients:

200g fresh mushroom
100g mincemeat (optional for additional flavor)
250g Red onion (minced)
1 whole garlic clove (minced)
50g carrot's (minced)
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 eggs
1 tablespoon of ground pepper
Cooking oil
Lumpia wrapper

Procedure:

1. Cleanse/wash the fresh mushroom, slice to small pieces, wash again with hot water the drain.
2. Fry the mincemeat for about 5-10 minutes, and drain
3. Mince the onion, garlic and carrots
4. Mix all ingredients in a mixture bowl including the egg, salt and oyster sauce
5. Add salt
6. Measure 1 tablespoon of the mixture and wrap it in the lumpia wrapper
7. Heat the frying pan with cooking oil
8. Fry the mushroom lumpia till golden brown.

Prepare a dipping sauce
Vinegar add some of the minced garlic,
onion, some salt, and your ready to server the mushroom lumpia you have just prepared.
