Mushroom Siomai

Ingredients:

200g fresh mushroom
100g mincemeat (pork) optional for additional flavor
250g or 1/4 kilo red onion (minced)
1 whole garlic clove (minced)
50g carrots (minced)
1 tablespoon salt
2 tablespoon oyster sauce
2 pcs eggs
Siomai wrapper

Procedure:

1. Wash/clean the fresh mushroom
2. Minced the mush room and clean with hot water then drain till dry.
3. Fry the mincemeat for about 5min.
4. Drain the fried mincemeat then put in a mixture bowl
5. Mince the onion and garlic
6. Mix the fried mincemeat, mushroom, onion, egg, oyster sauce and garlic
7. Try to balance the taste with salt until your satisfied
8. Measure about 1 teaspoon of the mix ingredients and wrap it with the siomai wrapper.
9. Prepare the steamer for about 15 minutes
10. Pust in the wrapped siomai and wait again for about 10-15minutes

There you go! Your mushroom siomai is done and ready to prepare!
