Ingredients:
250g Fresh Oyster Mushroom
2 Eggs
1 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon ground pepper
Flour for coating
Cooking oil for frying
1 pc Magic Sarap seasoning
Procedure:
1. Remove the hard part of the mushrom
2. Rinse the mushroom with clean water and drain till dry
3. Dip the mushroom on the egg mixture
4. Dip again the mushroom in the flour mixture at be sure to make sure it is all coated on all sides
5. Heat the frying pan and add the cooking oil
6. Fry the coated mushroom until it gets a crispy with a golden brown color.
