TAGHILAW / Cooked Pig Innards TAGHILAW is a local recipe here in Odiongan and is one of the favorite recipes my Grandmother used to cook during Birthdays and other celebrations. Cooking this adobo dish (octopus), I recommend that you remove the ink sack, and when cooking this dish you must be careful of your time not to over cook it. Again, heat oil in a pan Cook the egg sunny side up. Add some salt, and set aside. Again, heat oil in a pan Saute the garlic and onions until its colors turn brown Add the rice and mix.
